How Will You Know it's Working?

My aim is to help you achieve your goal(s) step-by-step while gaining a view of the bigger picture along the way. We will do this by turning coaching insights (which can get forgotten) & inspiration (which can fade over time) into a documented, supported experience.

This helps you to take action during the time between sessions & makes your progress more trackable & tangible.

Mapping Your Progress

Sometimes we make significant progress in life, but we don’t actually internalize that we’ve done so for a variety of reasons:

  • the end goal remains in the distance
  • the goal has morphed over time
  • we find ourselves on a treadmill of never-ending goals to pursue
  • we forget what we’ve completed (they’re no longer nagging “to-do’s”)


Giving credit where it is due & acknowledging when, where, & how things evolve can boost your sense of accomplishment. This empowers you to move forward with energy & confidence.

We’ll essentially create a “map” of your progress by keeping track of your initial goal, where you started, how far you’ve come, what hurdles you’ve surpassed, & roughly how far we think you have left to go. 

Capturing the Details

The client portal will be our one-stop-shop to house all things related to your coaching experience. Here we’ll:

  • Capture session notes, insights, & key takeaways
  • Turn ideas into action via reminders & due dates
  • Track key performance indicators (KPI’s) important to your goal(s)
  • Facilitate typical client/coach business interactions (appointment set-up, packages & payments, document repository, etc.)

Making the Intangible Tangible

Mapping trends in progress & sentiment enables us to make the intangible tangible. What gets measured gets managed & acted upon. We have the ability to measure any KPI’s we see fit for your situation.

By measuring your KPI’s & sentiment over time, we can capture a more holistic view of:
  • Your accomplishments (hurdles overcome, achievements, etc.)
  • What is & is not working (allowing for course corrections)
  • Any patterns that may otherwise remain unnoticed (consistent challenges, behaviors, etc.)

Below you’ll see a hypothetical example of a client working on “Project A” over time. Here we’re tracking their “energy” & “confidence” levels over the course of this project.

Crafting Your Story

By concisely documenting your goals, insights, actions, opportunities, & challenges as we go, you’ll be equipped to refer back to them as desired to remind yourself of everything you’ve learned, achieved, & overcome. Building this into our process will allow you to work smarter, not harder & will ultimately help enhance your efficiency & effectiveness.

Having this documentation to revisit can serve as a healthy reality check &/or ego boost. It can also provide a solid foundation for objective reviews or discussions with stakeholders who have a vested interested in your progress.
