Coaching Sessions: What to Expect
I offer one to four hour time blocks for businesses, conducting 20-30min one-on-one sessions with various team members to work through their goals & challenges.
High Level Overview:
- As a professional life coach, I’ll provide an objective, neutral sounding board to bounce ideas off of.
- We will work together to build an action plan that works for you with the primary aim of achieving your goals in the path of least resistance.
- Accountability is built into the process through client portal documentation of the goal & plan, follow up reminders, &/or scheduling the next session.
One-on-One Employee Session Agenda:
- Define the employee’s primary goal(s)
- Determine what success looks like (including specific objectives for the session)
- Develop & record corresponding action-steps, timelines, & point(s) of accountability
Cadence & Logistics:
Video calls will be conducted via Zoom. However, if your business is located in Northwest Arkansas, it would be optimal to conduct the sessions in person at your local office.
Consistency is key to driving accountability & action. I recommend setting up a regular cadence & location for your team (e.g. every other Thursday from 2:00-5:00 in room #101). The amount of time needed & frequency will depend on your team’s size, needs, & schedule.
I recommend 20-30 minute time blocks for each individual’s 1:1 session. Employees should sign up for one or more back-to-back time slots depending on their primary aim. Ideally, this scheduling would be managed by an admin or other person/process in your office to provide your team with optimal flexibility & oversight.

Specialized business services (e.g. consulting on specific projects or mediating challenges between team members or functions) are also available. Pricing will vary & be determined based on the scope of work.
